Fragrant fish in sour cream sauce with onion rings and herbs - simple but very tasty dish. Sour cream makes fish incredibly tender and juicy. Best with cod, pollock or pike perch fillets.

Eggs 2 piece
fish 2 kilogram
Flour 4 tablespoon
Hard cheese 150 gram
Mustard to taste
Onion 3 piece
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Sour cream 400 gram
Vegetable oil 50 milliliter

Wash, clean, and cut the fish into small pieces.

Make the breading: in a flat dish, mix flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge the fish pieces in the mixture and place them on a rimmed baking tray.
