Potato zrazy are a hearty and tasty dish of Belarusian cuisine. You can experiment with fillings - mushrooms, cheese or vegetables.

| butter | 50 g |
| Flour | 0.5 cup |
| Vegetable oil | 100 g |
| Salt | to taste |
| Pepper | to taste |

Grind the pork, add salt and pepper. Sauté chopped onion with the meat. Make thick mashed potatoes (let cool), add salt, butter, flour, spices. Mix in flour evenly to avoid lumps and get smooth potato dough.
