How to make thread ball cookies

Add finely chopped onion, herbs and spices, salt and pepper to the chicken mince. Mix well.

Defrost the dough, roll it out not too thinly (in one direction!), and cut into long thin strips.

Make small meatballs from the mince and wrap them with dough strips as if you’re winding a ball of yarn.

Place the “yarn balls” on a baking tray, brush with beaten egg yolk, and bake at 180–200°C until ready. Done!
