Authentic Mai Tai Recipe
Legendary tropical cocktail created in 1944. Made with dark and light rum, Amaretto, orange curaçao, lime juice and orgeat syrup. Served over ice in old-fashioned glass, garnished with mint sprig and pineapple wedge. The quintessential tiki drink.

| Amaretto liqueur | 120 ml |
| orange juice | 360 ml |
| pineapple juice | 360 ml |
| grenadine (pomegranate syrup) | 1 tsp |

Fill a highball glass (350 ml) with ice cubes. Pour in the rum and liqueur. Top with half orange juice and half pineapple juice. Add a splash of grenadine for color.
