Rogan josh - aromatic curry

Rogan josh is a traditional lamb curry originating from Kashmir. The dish is known for its rich red color and deep flavor, achieved by using spices like Kashmiri chili, cumin, coriander and cardamom. The meat is slow-cooked in a yogurt-tomato sauce until tender. Served with basmati rice or Indian flatbreads.
