Puff sticks with ham are a simple and impressive appetizer where puff pastry is rolled with ham and cheese filling. The dough is cut into strips, the filling is laid out and twisted into spirals. Baked until golden brown. Served warm with sauces or as a standalone snack. Great for buffets, picnics or parties. You can use various fillings: mushrooms, chicken or vegetables.

yeast puff pastry 250 g
dry-cured ham 35 g

Roll out the puff pastry into a long thin sheet, so its width matches the length of the ham slices. Arrange the cured ham (like prosciutto or jamón) on top.

Cut the dough with ham into strips about 2 cm wide. Roll each strip into a tight spiral and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment.
