Cheese soup with meatballs

Cream cheese soup with meatballs

Rich creamy soup made with chicken broth, processed cheese, potatoes and tender chicken meatballs. Served with croutons and fresh herbs.

ground beef 500 g
Egg 1 pc.
Onion 2 pc.
Carrot 1 pc.
Processed cheese 3 pc.
Potato (medium) 5 pc.
Bay leaf 2 pc.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

Dice the onion and sauté until golden. Season the mince with salt and pepper. Add an egg and half of the sautéed onion. Mix and form meatballs.

Grate the carrot and sauté. Add to a pot of water with salt. Bring to a boil. Add meatballs. Peel and chop potatoes, add after 5–7 minutes. Add spices and bay leaf. Cut processed cheese and add to the soup. Stir well.

After 3 minutes, add herbs. The fragrant soup is ready.
