Step 1
Beat eggs with sugar, add a pinch of salt, vanilla, baking soda, sour cream, and vodka. Mix well and add flour. Knead a soft, non-sticky dough. Roll out to about less than 1 cm thick.
Step 2
Cut out doughnuts using a cookie cutter.
Step 3
Fry in hot vegetable oil. The doughnuts puff up instantly and cook very quickly.
Step 4
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
