Melt the butter.

Beat the eggs, butter, and sugar, gradually adding the flour. The batter should be slightly thicker than for pancakes and drip slowly from a spoon.

Preheat the waffle maker (I use 190–200°C), grease lightly with vegetable or butter. If non-stick, greasing once is enough. Pour 1 tablespoon of batter into the center of one side. Close and wait 1–2 minutes. Transfer the waffle to a cutting board and quickly roll into a tube, leaving a small hollow inside.

Boil a can of condensed milk for at least 2 hours, adding water to keep it fully submerged. Fill a piping bag, syringe, or plastic bag with the condensed milk. Fill the prepared tubes with the milk. To keep them crispy, don’t stack the tubes immediately — let them rest separately for a while.
