Cut the cucumber into rounds or smaller, as you prefer. If the skin is tough, it's better to peel the cucumber first.

Remove the core from the pepper and cut it not too large. Actually, the recipe calls for green pepper, but I didn't have any, so in the picture it's orange.

Cut a medium onion into rings, half-rings or quarter-rings. I again deviated from the recipe and used red salad onions, though the book doesn't mention this. Feel free to use any regular onion!

Put the chopped vegetables in a bowl, add black olives and feta cheese. I really like the cubed cheese packaged in jars with olive oil and herbs. The oil in this case can be used as a dressing.

Now comes the main ingredient of Greek salad - tomatoes. You need 4 of them, they should be ripe and firm. Also add some capers. Just add salt, olive oil and mix well. Enjoy your meal!
