Chicken rolls with mushrooms and cheese are tender cutlets made from ground chicken stuffed with sautéed mushrooms with onions and melted cheese. The dish turns out juicy inside with a crispy golden crust outside. You can use both button mushrooms and wild mushrooms for cooking. Served with sour cream and fresh herbs.
