Chicken breast with cheese - French style

Chicken breast with cheese, or "French-style" — popular dish where chicken fillet is baked under a layer of cheese with mayonnaise. For cooking, the breast is slightly beaten, coated with mayonnaise, sprinkled with spices and grated cheese, then baked until golden brown. The dish turns out juicy and flavorful. Often complemented with mushrooms, tomatoes or onions. Served with vegetables or a side dish.
