Alyonka salad - tender and hearty

Alyonka salad is a popular layered salad that combines tender chicken breast, fried mushrooms, fresh cucumbers, eggs and cheese. Each layer is coated with mayonnaise. The peculiarity of the salad is beautiful serving using a cooking ring and decoration with grated cheese and herbs. Before serving, it is recommended to let the salad steep for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Great for festive events and family dinners.
