Mix the eggs well with milk, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and optionally your favorite spices. I added a mix of Provencal herbs. Grate most of the cheese or chop finely and add to the egg mixture.

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Add the diced tomatoes to the spaghetti and mix. I initially poured the egg mixture over the spaghetti in the form, so the cheese remained on top and I had to stir it all again. It's better to mix the spaghetti with the egg, milk, and cheese mixture first, then pour into the form.

Place bacon slices and tomatoes on top of the future pie. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes until the egg mixture sets and the bacon is golden brown.

Slice or grate the remaining cheese, chop the green onion, and sprinkle over the pie. Return it to the oven for another 10 minutes. I used Suluguni cheese: I read that it melts well and can be used as a substitute for mozzarella in pizza.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
