Airy brushwood is an easy-to-make cookie that turns out incredibly light and crispy. The dough is kneaded with kefir and vodka (for airiness), then rolled out thinly and cut into strips. Deep-fried until golden brown. Finished brushwood is sprinkled with powdered sugar. The peculiarity of this recipe is the porous structure and characteristic crunch. Stores well in a tin for several days.
