Preheat the oven to 175°C. Mix together sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.

In a mixer on low speed, combine milk, coffee, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add the dry mixture. Beat for another 4 minutes on medium speed until fully combined.

Generously grease a bundt pan with butter and dust with cocoa powder. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
