Step 1
Cut the pork into 5 pieces and pound each well.
Step 2
Place the meat on foil, one piece per sheet. Season with grill spice and coat with mustard.
Step 3
Place cheese strips at the edge.
Step 4
Place strips of ham on top of the cheese.
Step 5
Then add the chopped onion and garlic.
Step 6
Then place the meat on a baking tray. (you can also add potatoes to the oven — they’ll make a great side dish)
Step 7
Cook at 175°C for 50–55 minutes. Then remove the meat from the foil and serve hot!
