Classic Whiskey Sour
One of the oldest cocktails dating back to 1870s. Made with bourbon, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white (optional). Shaken with ice and served in rocks glass over ice. Garnished with orange slice and cherry. The gold standard of sour cocktails.

| Lemon juice | 40 ml |
| honey | 2 tbsp |
| Water | 40 ml |
| ice | to taste |

Squeeze the lemon juice and mix it with whiskey, honey, and water. Stir well or shake in a shaker until the honey is fully dissolved. Serve with plenty of ice.
