Rinse the crayfish thoroughly and let the water drain off.

Melt the butter in a skillet.

While the butter is heating, finely chop the garlic.

Once the butter is fully melted, add the garlic and sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.

Next, add the crayfish to the skillet. Fry until they turn an orange color.

Add all the spices, cover the skillet with a lid, and simmer over medium heat for another 4–5 minutes.

Then transfer the crayfish to a pot and pour in the wine. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 more minutes.

Remove from heat and let sit covered for about 10 minutes. The crayfish in wine are ready.
