Cut the butter into small cubes.

Add flour and 50g of sugar to the butter and rub with your fingers until fine crumbs form.

Add honey (about two full tablespoons). Mix well to form the dough.

Grease a flat pie dish with butter and arrange peach slices in it. You can chop them smaller or leave in halves.
