Grate the butter. Add flour, make a well, add egg, vegetable oil, salt, and water.

Knead the dough. Add a little more flour if needed. Dough should be smooth, elastic, and moderately firm. Cover with a bowl and let rest for 30 minutes.

While the dough rests, prepare the filling. Core and roughly chop apples, drizzle with lemon juice. Rinse raisins, add to apples with cinnamon. Mix well.

Roll out dough on a floured surface, cover with damp cloth, let sit 15 min. Then gently stretch on floured cloth from center outward. Cut thick edges. Dough should be thin enough to see through.

Add 3 tbsp of breadcrumbs to the filling.

Brush dough with melted butter. Spread filling and roll gently into a log, brushing butter as you go.

Place seam side down on a baking tray lined with parchment.

Bake for 30–40 minutes at 180–200°C. If it starts to burn — cover with foil. Dust generously with powdered sugar while hot.
