Preheat the oven to 180°C in advance.
For the dough, mix sour cream, softened butter (200 g), and sugar in a large bowl.

Then add flour and baking powder and knead the dough.
It should form a dense and even ball. Add flour gradually — start with 400 g and knead. If the dough is too soft, add another 50 g, then another 50 g if necessary.

In the classic version, the dough is passed through a meat grinder and small patties are placed on a greased baking sheet. If you don’t have a grinder, just pinch off small balls and place them on the sheet (greased or lined with parchment).

Bake for 10–15 minutes at 180°C until the cookies turn golden brown.

While baking the cookies, prepare the cream. Mix softened butter and boiled condensed milk into a smooth mass. Then crumble the cookies by hand to your preferred size.
Add the crumbs to the cream and mix well. Shape the mixture into a mound and refrigerate for 1 hour.
