Zucchini and Cheese Cake with Meat

Zucchini and cheese cake with meat is an unusual and hearty dish that will decorate any table. Layers of zucchini, cheese layer and juicy meat filling create a harmonious taste. The dish can be served both hot and cold.

zucchini 300 g
Hard cheese 200 g
Egg 1 pc.
Flour 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Minced meat 200 g
Onion 2 pc.
Garlic 2 clove
mayonnaise 1 tbsp
tomato 1 pc.

Make pancakes: peel zucchini if desired. Grate zucchini and cheese (100 g) finely, add egg, flour, salt, and pepper. If too thick, add some mayonnaise or sour cream.

On an oiled skillet, cook not-too-thick pancakes. Place spoonfuls of the zucchini-cheese mixture and spread it evenly. Fry on both sides.

For the filling, fry minced meat with finely chopped onion and pressed garlic in oil. Add salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Let it cool, then mix in mayonnaise.

Grate cheese (100 g). Spread filling on each pancake, top with tomato slices, a little mayonnaise, and grated cheese.

Bake in the oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.
