Step 1
Boil the spinach in lightly salted water and blend with white wine.
Step 2
Place the spaghetti in salted boiling water and cook for 1 minute less than indicated on the package. Add peeled shrimp 30 seconds before the end of cooking.
Drain the water.
Step 3
Combine the spinach paste and Béchamel sauce in a skillet over medium heat, adding milk. Add butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Mix the spaghetti with the spinach sauce.
