Homemade mayonnaise

Homemade mayonnaise is a delicious and healthy sauce that is fundamentally different from the store-bought version. You can adjust the thickness by adding more or less oil. This mayonnaise is great for salads, sandwiches and other dishes. Keeps in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
