Luhansk-style roll

Luhansk-style roll is a traditional dish of Donbas, especially popular in Luhansk. Made from pork or beef with a filling of garlic, herbs and spices. The meat is thinly pounded, stuffed, rolled into a roll and baked until golden brown. The dish turns out juicy, aromatic and very satisfying. Served hot with mashed potatoes or vegetable side dish.
