Buffalo wings

Buffalo wings are an iconic American appetizer originating from Buffalo, New York. Chicken wings are fried until crispy, then coated in a spicy sauce made from hot pepper sauce and butter. Traditionally served with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing. The spice level can be adjusted by the amount of sauce. Perfect snack for beer, parties and sports watching. Best eaten with your hands!

Vegetable oil to taste
butter 1 tsp
