Striped dessert - with cottage cheese and cookies

Striped cottage cheese dessert is an impressive and easy-to-make dessert where layers of tender cottage cheese cream alternate with cookie or sponge cake crumbs. For preparation, cottage cheese is mixed with sour cream, sugar and gelatin. The dessert is formed in a transparent container to show beautiful stripes. Chilled in refrigerator for 4-6 hours before serving. Garnished with berries, chocolate or fruits. Children especially like the combination of textures.

Sour cream 450 g
cottage cheese 400 g
Gelatin 4 tsp
cocoa food coloring 1 pc.
cherry food coloring 1 pc.
powdered sugar to taste
