Pineapple snack - with chicken and cheese
Pineapple snack is an original canapé that combines canned pineapple, chicken fillet and cheese. The chicken is first fried with spices, then placed on a pineapple ring, sprinkled with grated cheese and baked until the cheese melts. Served hot, garnished with herbs. The unusual combination of sweet pineapple and salty chicken makes this snack especially memorable. Great for holiday table.

Take the pineapple rings out of the can and place them on a plate. Cover the hole in the middle with pieces of lettuce to hold the filling.

For the filling, mix large chunks of boiled eggs, hard cheese, and crab sticks. Add a bit of mayonnaise — just enough to bind the mixture.

Spoon the filling onto the pineapples in a small mound. You could decorate with greens, but I left it as is — the appetizer looked very delicate.
