Chicken baked with lemon - juicy dish

Juicy chicken with lemon — simple and aromatic dish for the whole family.

chicken 700 g
Lemon 0.5 pc.
honey 2 tbsp
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Melt the honey until it becomes liquid. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, pour the honey over it, and add lemon. Mix thoroughly, pressing the lemon pieces firmly. Marinate the meat for about 40 minutes.

Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade and place them in a baking dish. Do not pour the marinade into the dish! Add a few lemon slices and lightly coat the chicken with sour cream. Place the dish in a preheated 200°C oven. Bake with decreasing temperature: about 20 minutes at 200°C, then another 20 minutes at 175°C. Don’t forget: sour cream can be tricky — it may burn easily! It’s best to cover the dish with foil or a lid.
