Grease the baking dish with oil, lay out half of the zucchini, then the meat, and the rest of the zucchini. Place tomato slices on top. Pour the egg and sour cream mixture over and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30–35 minutes.
