A soft and moist yogurt cake that is easy to prepare and perfect for tea time or a light dessert. Made with basic ingredients and has a pleasant vanilla aroma.
| Butter | 220 g |
| Sugar | 2 cup |
| Egg | 3 pc. |
| lemon juice | 3 tbsp |
| lemon zest | 1 pc. |
| Flour | 2.5 cup |
| baking soda | 0.5 tsp |
| Salt | 0.5 tsp |
| natural yogurt | 225 g |
| Milk | 0.35 cup |
| Vanillin | 1 tsp |
| fresh strawberries | 340 g |

Preheat the oven to 160°C. In a bowl, mix 2.25 cups of flour, baking soda, salt, and lemon zest.

In a mixer bowl, beat the butter with sugar until fluffy (about 3 minutes). Add one egg at a time, beating after each addition.
