Step 1
Mix cottage cheese, grated cheese, sifted flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Step 2
Roll the prepared dough into a large sausage shape.
Step 3
Cut the dough sausage into future dumplings as shown in the photo.
Step 4
Drop the dumplings into boiling salted water, gently stir with a spoon along the bottom of the pot to prevent sticking, and cook 1–2 minutes after they float. Serve with cream and honey.
