For the dough, mix flour, water, egg, vegetable oil, and salt. Knead well. Let it rest for 30 minutes. You’ll get a soft dough that rolls out easily and doesn’t tear.

Divide the dough into 6 parts. Roll out the first part into a circle the size of the dumpling mold. Not too thin. Flour the mold well, place the dough on top. Put 6–7 g of filling into each cell, pressing lightly.

Roll out the next piece of dough. Place it over the filling. Firmly but gently roll over the dumpling mold with a rolling pin until the edges appear.

Flip the dumpling mold and shake it gently. Repeat until all dough is used. The dumplings are ready — freeze or cook immediately.
