| Eggs | 2 pc. |
| Flour | 300 g |
| Salt | 1 pinch |
| baking powder | 2.5 tsp |
| Butter | 60 g |
| Sugar | 2 tbsp |
| Vegetable oil | 1 tbsp |

Whisk eggs with milk and sugar. In a separate bowl, sift flour with salt and baking powder. Combine both mixtures and knead into a thick batter. Add melted butter and mix again thoroughly. Let rest for 5 minutes.

Heat the pan over slightly below medium heat. Grease with oil. Pour about 1.5 tbsp of batter and gently spread into a circle. The batter should be about 4 mm thick. Cook for 1–2 minutes, flip, and cook another minute.
