Step 1
Heat a large skillet. Sauté minced garlic and shrimp in 2 tablespoons of butter (about 5 minutes).

Add 2 more tablespoons of butter and mushrooms and fry for 3 more minutes. You can now start cooking the pasta. Boil until al dente in salted water (check the package minus 2–3 minutes).

Pour the cream into the skillet and add the cheese, stir. Simmer on medium or low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the pasta.
Step 4
The sauce should thicken. If it’s too thin, add a couple of tablespoons of flour. Serve the pasta with sauce in portions. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and lemon.
