Mix honey, brown sugar, walnuts, melted butter, and salt in a large bowl.

Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) on the middle rack for 8 minutes, until the sugar and honey turn into caramel.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and use a metal spatula to stir the nuts so the caramel coats them evenly.

Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for another 3 minutes. Stir the nuts again and bake for 3 more minutes. The praline should become golden-brown and aromatic.

Remove the praline from the oven and let it cool, stirring with a spatula.

Once the praline has cooled, form large clumps and then break them into smaller pieces using a spoon, knife, or hands. Best eaten fresh, but can be frozen in an airtight container.
