Tender mushroom pie with cheese crust
Juicy pie with champignons, delicate sour cream filling and appetizing cheese crust - simple but very tasty dish for any occasion.

| Mushrooms | 100 g |
| Small onions | 1 pc. |
| Sour cream | 3 tbsp |
| Hard cheese | 100 g |
| dried thyme | 0.3 tsp |
| Ground pepper | 0.3 tsp |
| Salt | 0.5 tsp |

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 3–4 mm thick. Prick with a fork.

Rinse the mushrooms well. Leave the small ones whole and cut the large ones in half. Slice the onion into thin half rings.

Add sour cream, grated cheese, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well and spread over the dough, leaving a 2–3 cm border.

Fold the edges of the pie toward the center.

Brush with egg yolk or milk.

Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.

Let the pie cool slightly, then cut and serve.
