Grate the cheese, lightly beat 3 eggs, then add sauce and kefir.
Mix well.

Add herbs and pour into the cheese mixture.
Stir. Use enough kefir to make the mixture slightly runny.

Place lavash in an oiled baking dish with edges hanging over. Spread a thin layer of cheese mixture, pepper, cover with another lavash sheet, then repeat filling-lavash-filling until you run out. Finish with a cheese layer covering the hanging edges.

Brush with lightly beaten egg and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.

Take it out, sprinkle some grated Gouda, and return to the oven at 220°C until golden crust forms.
