Make yeast dough from flour, milk, yeast, salt, sugar, 1 egg, and vegetable oil. Divide into 5 parts. Roll out a flatbread from each part.

Roll the flatbread into a tube halfway from both sides.

Fold the ends inward.

Shape the dough like a boat and place it on a floured baking tray. Brush with egg.

Grate suluguni on a coarse grater. Mix the suluguni with 5 eggs in a bowl.

Place one-fifth of the suluguni and egg mixture into the khachapuri. Make 5 khachapuri this way.

Place the khachapuri in a preheated 200°C oven. After 10 minutes, once golden brown, take it out. (Monitor the time as ovens may vary).

Make a well in the center of each khachapuri with a knife and place one raw egg inside. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes. Do not overbake or the egg will harden. Remove from the oven, top with a piece of butter, and eat immediately, dipping the crust into the filling.
