Cottage Cheese Cake with Berries

Cottage cheese cake is a light and tasty dessert. Perfect for summer tea party.Main ingredients: cottage cheese, cream, cookies, sugar, gelatin, berries (strawberries, raspberries). Refrigerate for 4-6 hours before serving.

| cocoa powder | 2 tbsp |
| powdered sugar | 30 g |
| butter | 100 g |
| cottage cheese | 1 kg |
| Sugar | 0.75 cup |
| Eggs | 6 pc. |
| White chocolate | 200 g |
| Cream | 240 ml |
| Starch | 1 tsp |
| Dark chocolate | 150 g |

Line a 26 cm springform pan with parchment. Rub cookie crumbs with cocoa, powdered sugar, and butter. Press into the bottom. No baking needed.

Thoroughly mix cottage cheese with sugar and eggs (do NOT beat). Divide into 2 bowls.

Melt white chocolate, mix with cream, combine with first bowl. Add starch. In second bowl, mix melted dark chocolate with cream. Alternate pouring into crust: dark, white.

Place form on a tray with water, bake for 1h15m. Cool in oven. Refrigerate overnight.
