Wash and slice the tomato into rounds. Grate the cheese. Wash, dry, and chop the herbs. Slice the ham. Lightly sprinkle the lavash with cold water and place it on a heated oiled skillet so the edges hang over the sides. Place a tomato slice in the center. Lightly salt.

Place a slice of ham on top of the tomato (I used cooked sausage).
Then crack a raw egg into it. Salt and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle everything on top with grated cheese and chopped herbs (I didn’t have any herbs today).

Fold the edges of the lavash toward the center and fry until golden brown (you can make the crust more or less crispy as desired).

Carefully flip to the other side, sprinkle with grated cheese, and fry for a few more minutes until golden brown.
Шаг 6
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and fry until the cheese melts. Serve hot.
