In a large bowl, mix olive oil with minced garlic, coriander, cumin, clove, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Cut the chicken breasts into 2.5–3 cm cubes, place into the marinade, and mix. Cover and refrigerate for 1–5 hours. Meanwhile, soak wooden skewers in warm water for 1 hour to prevent burning (or use metal skewers). Preheat the grill to medium-high.

Cut the bell pepper into pieces, place in a small bowl, drizzle with 1 tsp of olive oil and mix. Skewer the chicken fillet and pepper pieces.

Place the skewers on the grill and cook until done, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a tray and serve.
