Buckwheat porridge with mushrooms is a nutritious and aromatic dish. Mushrooms are fried with onions and spices, then mixed with boiled buckwheat. Can add carrots or herbs for brighter taste.

Water 2 cup
Champignons 400 g
Onion 1 pc.
Parsley 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
