Greek salad

Greek salad (Horiatiki) is the hallmark of Mediterranean cuisine. The classic recipe includes fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, bell peppers, olives and feta cheese. Dressed with olive oil, oregano and lemon juice. The main feature of Greek salad is coarsely chopped vegetables that are served unmixed to preserve their natural flavor and texture.
