Quesadilla - Mexican tortilla

Quesadilla is a traditional Mexican dish made with tortilla and cheese filling. The classic version uses queso cheese, but it can be substituted with mozzarella or cheddar. Often added chicken, mushrooms, bell peppers or beans. The tortilla is fried on a dry pan until crispy and the cheese is melted. Served with guacamole, sour cream or salsa. Perfect snack for parties or quick meal.
