Chicken in tomato sauce - hearty and tasty
Chicken in tomato sauce is a simple and hearty dish where chicken pieces are stewed in a thick tomato sauce with onions, garlic and Mediterranean herbs. The sauce is made from fresh tomatoes or tomato paste, you can add olives or capers for piquancy. The dish is baked in the oven until the meat is tender. Served with pasta, rice or mashed potatoes. | parmesan | 100 g |
| breadcrumbs | 75 g |
| olive oil | 60 g |

| tomato paste | 800 g |

| Garlic | 2 clove |
| dried oregano | 1 tsp |
