How to cook pink salmon with cheese

Pink salmon fillet baked under a golden cheese crust with spices and cream. The dish is juicy and flavorful, perfect for lunch or dinner. Serve with a side dish or vegetables.

cheese 200 g
mayonnaise to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Lemon juice to taste

Cut the fish into steaks about 1.5–2 cm thick. Season each piece with salt and pepper on both sides.

Line the baking dish with foil. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the fillet on a plate and sprinkle one side with lemon juice. Place it in the dish with the lemon side down.
