Chop and fry the onion. When it turns golden, add paprika.

After a couple of minutes, add the meat cut into large cubes, season with salt and pepper. Fry everything together over high heat.

Then add a little water, cover with a lid, and simmer for about an hour.

Cut the carrot and sweet pepper.

Add the carrot, pepper, tomatoes, and garlic to the goulash, pour in hot water, and continue cooking.

Stir and cook for about 15 more minutes.

When the meat becomes tender, add coarsely chopped potatoes to the goulash.

When the potatoes are done, turn off the heat and let the dish rest under the lid.
