Step 1
Whisk together water, milk, 3 eggs, butter, salt, and flour to make a batter. Chill for one hour.

Then fry thin crepes in a skillet.

Place the cottage cheese and ricotta in a strainer and let drain for 1.5–2 hours, pressing occasionally. Then blend with one egg, vanilla, zest, and sugar. Fill the crepes and roll them up.
Step 4
Fry the pancakes until golden on both sides. Garnish with strawberries.
